This
project named by Altis Marquês, is located in a corner
formed by Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo e Avenida António
Augusto de Aguiar, in the city of Lisbon and pretends to be
a 5 star luxury hotel.
The
volumetric connection of the building with other
architectures of Av. A.A. Aguiar side, is made by a modular
drawing, defining large spans to the rooms, crossing to a
slightly curve volume, making the corner, totally covered by
glass in a significant way in what concerns plasticity,
finishing in the top floor with a big aluminum plate that
protects the back restaurant in top floor.
The
entrance floor, with double-height opens onto the two
avenues and it will introduce a big urban existence through
the visual transparency that offers, whether day or night,
to that place with a big urban centrality. |
